Auditing Company Auditor Ltd. was established on June 28, 1999.
Owner and general manager of the company is Zoran Djerkovic, PhD.
Our main activities are: accounting and bookkeeping services, control and tax advisory activities and other consulting services in the fields of economics and law.
We perform our services on the basis of the Decision of Federal Ministry of Finance of the FRY and the Decision of Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Serbia.
OUR GOAL
Our primary goal is meeting the needs of our clients while respecting legal and ethical principles.

Auditing Company Auditor Ltd. is part of a system which comprises broker-dealer company Tezoro Broker and The Institute for Economic Research. Due to this comparative advantage, we are able to offer our clients a wide range of services, follow our clients’ development and consequently react on time with generating needed answers and solutions in order to ensure the correct business decision making.
We would like to point out that our Institute, founded on Christmas day, January 7th 1991, was one of the first organizations who were granted with a license for valuation of companies by the State authorities in the early nineties, and that it successfully operates for the last 20 years. At the same time, the Institute is one of the few organizations granted with the license for court litigations by the respective judicial authorities (Commercial court in Belgrade) 10 years ago.
Also, the Institute is listed on the list of certified appraisers of the Ministry of Economy, Serbian Privatization Agency and Bankruptcy Agency, Development Fond of the Republic of Serbia as well as all the leading banks in Serbia (Banca Intesa, Komercijalna banka, Raiffeissen bank, Societe generale bank, Univerzal banka etc.).
